Our method is conventional on purpose. The discipline is in the execution: written deliverables at every stage, documented decisions, and a hand-over that doesn't depend on us still being around.

The shape of an engagement

Most engagements run between six weeks and six months — and end on schedule.

The first conversation is free, the diagnostic is fixed-fee, and implementation is scoped from the diagnostic — not the other way around. You'll always know what we're doing, why, and what it costs before the work begins.

  1. 01 — Listen & Diagnose

    Stakeholder interviews, system inventory, data flow mapping, and a written diagnostic with prioritized findings. Two to four weeks, fixed fee.

  2. 02 — Architect

    Target-state architecture, sequenced roadmap, and a costed plan ranked by value at risk. We design for governance, not just go-live.

  3. 03 — Implement

    Disciplined delivery with weekly checkpoints, change control, and human-readable documentation. We work in plain English, not status-report speak.

  4. 04 — Hand Over

    Runbooks, training, and a clean transition to your team or a managed partner of your choosing. The engagement ends; the system continues.
